Oregon Transition Podcast is searching for YTP student stories and for Student Musicians!

Oregon Transition Podcast is searching for YTP student stories!

Do you know a youth who has excelled in YTP, perhaps they have been employed, or have found their passion and are starting the job search process, maybe they have a positive attitude about their future prospects that they just want to share with the world? If so let us know!

We are currently looking for youth to interview for the Oregon Transition Podcast on the following topics:

  • What is YTP and how it works, what you like about it (a student perspective)
  • Employment, what it is like to get and keep a job (a student perspective)
  • Navigating services, e.g. working with VR and ODD (a student perspective)

If you have a student that is open to being interviewed around one of these topics please reach out to Nicole Perdue (nicole.j.perdue@state.or.us) for more information.

Calling all Student Musicians!

Oregon Transition Podcast is looking to feature your original songs on our show! We are looking for talented individuals to submit individual or group instrumental music that are no longer than 1minute 30seconds in length.

Our plan is to feature many student musical compositions throughout each podcast episode.

For more information, or to submit a digital music file, please connect with Nicole Perdue (nicole.j.perdue@state.or.us)
